Natural products are created under different conditions. Temperature, humidity, and environment can play a role here.

Selection

Before further processing, the raw material is carefully selected and relevant quality characteristics are assessed.

This is why we view raw materials in context. The goal is to make the various influencing factors transparent and to create the foundation for subsequent processing steps.

Depending on the mushroom species and product form, different quality characteristics may be prioritized.

What crystallization images reveal.

For a visual comparison, crystallization images of a HAWLIK product and a standard commercial mixed product were examined. The images show the samples at 200x and 400x magnification.

Classification: The crystallization images provide a visual comparison of the samples tested. They supplement the assessment of the source material but do not replace chemical-analytical quality testing.
